How Do I Apply for Financial Aid?

Financial Aid at Kaua‘i Community College provides financial assistance to students and their families to help pay for college.  This assistance helps to supplement  a family or individual in meeting the cost of education. All funds are distributed in accordance with Federal, State, and institutional policies. Students are encouraged to complete the U.S. Department of Education's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at https://studentaid.gov/ to determine eligibility for Federal, State, and most campus-based financial aid programs.

The FAFSA opens annually on October 1st for the following award year.  FAFSA applicants who are eligible for financial aid would receive funding for the following Fall and Spring semesters.  Summer semesters will also be included, if eligible. The FAFSA priority deadline is March 1st.  Please go to https://www.kauai.hawaii.edu/fafsa for more information.
