PHYL 142L: Human Anatomy and Physiology II Lab

Credits 1 Class Hours3 lab

This course is intended to complement the material presented in the PHYL 142 lectures by giving hands-on experience with anatomical models, organ and whole-animal dissections, physiological and biochemical experiments, and microscopic slides dealing with the following systems: endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive.


Computer/internet access required.


"C" or higher in PHYL 141 and PHYL 141L.

  5. Identify histology and pathology from prepared slides of the systems covered.
  6. Discuss/explain the physiology of the data collected in the experiments.
